का.आ. 2988(अ).—राष्टर पजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेि 77 के खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए,
भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 का और संिोधन करने के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ैं अर्ायतः-
1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) (तीन सौ बयासीवां संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 ह।ै
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (कायय-आबंटन) जनयम, 1961 की जद्वतीय अनुसिू ी में, “कार्मयक, लोक जिकायत तर्ा पिें न मंिालय”
िीर्यक के अधीन, “क. कार्मयक और प्रजििण जवभाग” उप-िीर्कय के अधीन-
(i) प्रजवजि 2 के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ातय ः-
‘2क. लोक परीिा (अनुजित साधन जनवारण) अजधजनयम, 2024 (2024 का 1)।’;

(ii) प्रजवजि 5 के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजियां अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएंगी, अर्ायतः-
‘5क. कमयिारी ियन आयोग।
5ख. राष्ट्रीय भती एिेंसी।’;
(iii) प्रजवजि 20क म,ें ‘भ्रिािार जनवारण अजधजनयम, 1947 (1947 का 2)’ िब्िों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों के स्ट्र्ान पर
‘भ्रिािार जनवारण अजधजनयम, 1988 (1988 का 49)’ िब्ि, अंक और कोष्ठक रख े िाएंग;े
(iv) प्रजवजि 20क के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजि अतं ःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ायत:-
‘20ख. लोकपाल और लोकायिु अजधजनयम, 2013 (2014 का 1)।’;
(v) प्रजवजि 26 में, ‘केन्द्रीय सेवा (अस्ट्र्ायी सेवा) जनयम, 1949’ िब्िों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों के स्ट्र्ान पर ‘केन्द्रीय
जसजवल सेवा (अस्ट्र्ायी सेवा) जनयम, 1965’ िब्ि, अंक और कोष्ठक रखे िाएगं ;े
(vi) प्रजवजि 45 के पश्चात, जनम्नजलजखत िीर्यक और प्रजवजि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी:-
‘XIII. सूिना का अजधकार।
46. सूिना का अजधकार अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 22)।’

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd July, 2025
S.O. 2988(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,
namely: -
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and Eighty-
second Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the
heading “MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (KARMIK, LOK SHIKAYAT
TATHA PENSION MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND
TRAINING (KARMIK AUR PRASHIKSHAN VIBHAG)” -
(i) after entry 2, the following entry shall be inserted, namely: -
‘2A. The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 (1 of 2024).’;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपि : असाधारण 3
(ii) after entry 5, the following entries shall be inserted, namely: -
‘5A. Staff Selection Commission.
5B. National Recruitment Agency.’;
(iii) in entry 20A, for the words, figures and brackets ‘The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 (2 of 1947)’, the
words, figures and brackets ‘The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (49 of 1988)’ shall be substituted;
(iv) after entry 20A, the following entry shall be inserted, namely: -
‘20B. The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 (1 of 2014).’;
(v) in entry 26, for the words, figures and brackets ‘The Central Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1949.’, the
words, figures and brackets ‘The Central Civil Service (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965.’ shall be
substituted;
(vi) after entry 45, the following heading and entry shall be inserted, namely: -
‘XIII. Right to Information.
46. The Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005).’.
