To All Stakeholders,
Subject: Cancellation of Certificate of Registration of M/s A&A Dukaan Financial Services
Private Limited as Point of Presence due to voluntary surrender request.
It is hereby informed to the public at large that the registration of M/s A&A Dukaan
Financial Services Private Limited as a Point of Presence (PoP) under the PFRDA (Point of
Presence) Regulations, 2018, for distribution of the National Pension System (NPS), has
been cancelled with effect from 25.11.2025 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the said
Regulations, in view of the entity’s voluntary surrender request.
Accordingly, M/s A&A Dukaan Financial Services Private Limited shall not undertake or
carry out any fresh business activities under the National Pension System (NPS)
henceforth.
