No. 161, Finance (Pension), 2nd June 2017, Vaikasi 19, Hevilambi, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2048.] No. SRO B-46/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978. AMENDMENT In the said rules, in rule 49, in sub-rule (13-B), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- “Provided further that on and from 02-09-2016, the families of Ex-Servicemen who have been re-employed in State Government Service prior to 1-4-2003 and earned re-employment pension shall be entitled for both Military family pension and Civil family pension”. Ms. No. 170, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi (G1), 10th July 2017, ÝQ 26, «ýM÷‹H, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-47/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Industries Subordinate Service (Section 16 of Part III-B of the Special Rules in Volume - III of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1970). 2. (i) The amendment (1) hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 13th January 2016. (ii) The amendments (2) and (3) hereby made shall come into force on the 10-07-2017. AMENDMENTS In the said Rules, in the Annexure referred to in rule 6, in the Table, under the heading Class VII:- (1)Under the method “By direct recruitment or by recruitment by transfer” in column (2), against the entry “2. Assistant Inspector of Sericulture” in column (1), for the entries in item (i), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “B.Sc., Degree in Botany or Zoology or Chemistry or Sericulture or M.Sc., Sericulture.” (2) for the entry “By Direct Recruitment or recruitment by transfer” in column (2), against the entry “2. Assistant Inspector of Sericulture” in column (1), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- “b) By direct recruitment” (3)Under the method “b) By direct recruitment” as so amended and the entries thereunder in column (2), against the entry “2. Assistant Inspector of Sericulture” in column (1), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- “B.Sc., Degree in Sericulture from any University recognized by the University Grants Commission”.
