The amendment pertains to SCHEDULE II, Part A, Serial No. 7, item (3), which now substitutes the item with "(3) Four Functional Directors of whom, (i) the representative of the Tamil Nadu State Apex Co-operative Bank, Chennai; (ii) the Joint Director of Handlooms & Textiles in charge of Weavers' Co-operative Societies, Office of the Director of Handlooms & Textiles, Chennai; (iii) the representative of the Finance Department of the Government; and (iv) the Managing Director of the Society."
