Ms. No. 1, Co-operation Food and Consumer Protection (H1), 10th January 2023, மார்கழி 26, ²ðA¼¶, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´&2053.-]- No. SRO A-2/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 30 and 44 read with clauses (h) and (m) of sub-section (2) of section 102 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Central Act 35 of 2019) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Consumer Protection (Salary, allowances and Conditions of service of President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2021:- Amendment In the said Rules, after rule 14, the following rule shall be added, namely:- "15. The Government may transfer any President or Member of the District Commission from one district to another district on the recommendation of the President, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai, on request or on administrative grounds." Manekshah, M.D.(S), Lecturer Grade-II, Government Siddha Medical College, Palayamkottai to be the Licensing Authority for the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu for the purpose of Part XVI of the said Rules.
