[G.O. Ms. No. 342, Health and Family Welfare (L1), 16th October 2023, Purattasi 29, Sobakiruthu, Thiruvalluvar Aandu&2054.-]- No. SRO B-46/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Rules issued with the Health and Family Welfare Department Notification No. SRO B-223/91, published at page 176 of Part III—Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 4th September 1991, as subsequently amended. 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force from 18.02.2022. Amendment In the said Rules, in rules 3 and 5, for the expression "Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Male)", wherever it occurs, the expression "Health Inspector Grade-I" shall be substituted.
