(2) The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 1st January, 1996. AMENDMENT In the said rules, in rule 1, for the expression “temporary post of Draftsman”, the expression “temporary post of Junior Draughting Offi cer” shall be substituted.
