In the said Special Rules,- (1) in rule 4, in clause (b), in the Table,- (a) against the entry Class-III Category 1 Associate Professor in column (1), the expression “and got enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or in the Bar Council of any other State:” in item (i), in column (3) thereof, shall be omitted; (b) against the entry Class-III Category 2 Assistant Professor in column (1), the entry in item (ii) in column (3) shall be omitted; (c) against the entry Class-III Category 2 Assistant Professor in column (1), the existing entry in item (iii) shall be re-numbered as item (ii); (d) against the entry Class-IV College Librarian in column (1), under the heading “Explanation” in column (3), for item (iii), the following item shall be substituted, namely:- “(iii) the term “consistently good academic record” means the candidates must have obtained not less than fifty five percentage of marks in Master’s Degree Examination.”.
