Ms. No. 108, Health and Family Welfare [IM-2(1)], 18th April 2017, CˆF¬ó 5, «ýM÷‹H, F¼õœÙõ˜ ݇´-2048.] No. SRO B-30/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the rules published with the Health and Famly Planning Notification S.R.O.B-421/76 at pages 454-457 of Part III—Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 4th August 1976. 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. AMENDMENT In the said Rules, after rule 3, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:- “3A.
