NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th December, 2022 No. Conf.5(21)2001/Jharkhand/14738. ─In accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as “Scheme”, and in supersession of the Notification No. Conf.5(21)2001/Jharkhand/10582 dated 22.08.2017 issued by the Central Provident Fund Commissioner, New Delhi, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, on 02.09.2017, the Chairman, Central Board of Trustees, (EPF) hereby constitutes the Regional Committee for the State of Jharkhand consisting of the following persons, namely:- S. 2. The Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner in-charge of the State of Jharkhand shall be the Secretary of the Regional Committee for the State of Jharkhand.
3. The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years commencing on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the Official Gazette. However, every member shall continue to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette.
4. This will come into force with immediate effect.
