No. 76/2015 for framing Time Schedule, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby amend the Principal Regulations, namely, “Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental Colleges) Regulations, 2006” as under:- 1. Short title and commencement:- (iii) These Regulations may be called the “Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges, Opening of New of Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental Colleges) (8th Amendment) Regulations, 2016”. (iv) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In regulation 4(2) of the principal DCI regulations 2006, the existing ‘Schedule’ inserted by “Dental Council of India (Establishment of New Dental Colleges, Opening of New of Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity in Dental Colleges) (1st Amendment) Regulations, 2006”, notified in the Official Gazette on 16.01.2006 is hereby deleted and substituted with the following new schedule:- “SCHEDULE” [See Regulation 4(2)] TIME SCHEDULE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW DENTAL COLLEGES / INCREASE OF UNDER GRADUATE SEATS / RENEWAL OF PERMISSION AND PROCESSING OF THE APPLICATIONS BY THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND THE DENTAL COUNCIL OF INDIA.
