Short title and commencement.— (1) These regulations may be called the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Second Amendment Regulations, 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. The National Highways Authority of India Notification No.11012/260/2015-Admn. pertaining to the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2017 published on 7th March, 2017 stands superseded by the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Second Amendment Regulations, 2017. 3.
