Short title and commencement.-(1) these regulations may be called the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Second Amendment Regulations, 2020. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Schedule to the principal regulations, the Schedules prescribing the eligibility criteria and qualifications for the following post shall be inserted, namely: “Revenue Assistant” 3. In the Schedule to the principal regulations, the Schedules prescribing the eligibility criteria and qualifications for the following post shall be substituted, namely: “Financial Analyst” Foot note : The principal regulations were published vide notification No.NHAI-12011/1/95-Admn., dated 11th March, 1996, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, dated the 11th March, 1996 and last amended vide notification No.11012/260/2015-Admn., dated 11.02.2020 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III Section 4, dated the 11.02.2020. Explanatory Memorandum: Anything done or omitted to be done prior to notification of this amendment shall not be affected by promulgation of this amendment.
