No. A-12013/13/RR/2016-UIDAI (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 54 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Unique Identification Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020, namely:— 1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These regulations may be called the Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Amendment Regulations, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations) — (a) In the said regulations, against the sub regulation (1) of regulation-15, following entries shall be substituted: “Medical facility.‒(1) Employees of the Authority shall be entitled to medical facilities as per Medical Reimbursement Scheme (MRS) as amended time to time.” (b) Second Schedule of said regulations shall be omitted.
