जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम २०१३ (२०१३ का २३) की धारा ५२ की उपधारा (२) के खडं
(ख) के साथ पठित उसकी धारा ११ की उपधारा (२) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक
और जिकास प्राजधकरण एतद ्द्वारा पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (कममचारी सेिा) जिजनयम, २०१५
में संिोधन करत े हुए जनम्न जिजनयम बनाता ह,ै नामत:-
(१) इन जिजनयमों का नाम पिें न जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (कममचारी सेिा) (संिोधन) जिजनयम,
२०२० ह।ै
(२) यह जिजनयम िासकीय रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की जतजथ से प्रिृत्त होंगे।
(३) पेंिन जनजध जिजनयामक और जिकास प्राजधकरण (कममचारी सेिा) जिजनयम, २०१५ म:ें -
जिजनयम ६ म,ें उप-जिजनयम (४) के खंड (ख) की अनुसूची में :-
(क) तीसरी पंजि के स्ट्तंभ ३ म,ें ग्रडे डी, ई एिं एफ (श्रणे ी घ, ङ एिं च) हते ु अहतम ा की मौिूदा अपेक्षाएँ जनम्नजलजखत स े

(EMPLOYEES’ SERVICE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2020
F. No. PFRDA/12/RGL/139/11 – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub–section (2) of
section 11 read with sub–clause (b) of sub–section (2) of section 52 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and
Development Authority Act, 2013 (Act no. 23 of 2013), the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development
Authority hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and
Development Authority (Employees‘ Service) Regulations, 2015, namely,: -
1. These regulations maybe called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority
(Employees‘ Service) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020.
2. These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees‘ Service) Regulations,
2015:-
In regulation 6, in the schedule of clause (b) of sub-regulation (4), -
(a) In column 3 of row 3, for qualification for Grade D, E and F, the existing educational qualification
requirements shall be substituted with the following clauses, namely,:-
―Master‘s Degree in any discipline, Bachelor‘s Degree in Law, Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering from a
recognized university, CA, CFA, CS, CWA for officers in the General Stream.
Bachelor‘s Degree in Law from a recognised University/Institute for officers in the Legal Stream.
Master‘s Degree in Statistics / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration (Finance) /

Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering (electrical/ electronics/ electronics and communication/ information
technology/ computer science)/ Masters in Computer Application/ Bachelor‘s Degree in any discipline
with a post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in computers/ information technology for
officers in Technical Stream.‖
(b) In column 3 of row 4, maximum age for recruitment of officers in Grade ‗A‘ the existing figure
―27‖ shall be substituted with the figure ―30‖.
