Whereas inadvertent typographic error has cropped up in the said Regulations, which needs to be rectified by issuing the following corrigendum: i. At Page 25; Regulation 10 (1) in first paragraph the words “by the licensee” and “Clause (i) of” is hereby deleted. Accordingly, this Regulation 10(1) is now to be read as under: “Every Member to be appointed under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 7, shall be appointed, and shall ordinarily hold office for a period of 3 years which may be extended further for a 3 years term with the prior approval of the Commission subject to the ceiling limit of attaining the age of 65 years. Provided that no Member, other than the Independent Member of the Forum, shall hold office as such, after he ceases to be the officer of the licensee; Provided that no Independent Member of the Forum shall hold office as such, after he attains the age of sixty-five years.” This issues with the approval of the Hon’ble Commission.
