If consolidated annual return is filed in Form 28 as per Rule 83 of Tamil Nadu Plantations Labour Rules, 1955; OR
If consolidated annual return is filed in Form XIX as per Rule 43 of Tamil Nadu Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1965, then, the principle employer is not required to submit annual return in Form XXV.
