Ms. No. 56, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (H1), 21st March 2023, பங்குனி 7, ²ðA¼¶, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´&2054.-]- No. SRO A-17/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of the Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Act, 1958 (Tamil Nadu Act XIII of 1958) and in supersession of the Labour and Employment Notification No. SRO A-29/2017, published at pages 108-109 of Part III—Section 1(a) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 21st June 2017, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Rules, 1959, namely:- Amendments. In the said Rules,- (1) in rule 3, in sub-rule (2), for the TABLE, the following TABLE shall be substituted, namely:- "the tAble If the number of employees proposed to be employed on any day during the calendar year to which the registration relates:- Number of employees. Fees (in Rupees) does not exceed 5. 500/- exceeds 5 but does not exceed 10. 1,000/- exceeds 10 but does not exceed 20. 2,000/- exceeds 20 but does not exceed 50. 5,000/- exceeds 50 but does not exceed 100. 10,000/- exceeds 100 but does not exceed 500. 20,000/- exceeds 500. 1,00,000/-". (2) in rule 5-A, in sub-rule (3), for the words “rupees hundred”, the words “rupees two hundred” shall be substituted; (3) in rule 6-A, in sub-rule (2), for the words “rupees one hundred”, the words “rupees two hundred'' shall be substituted; and (4) in rule 7, in sub-rule (1), for the words “rupees one hundred”, the words “rupees two hundred” shall be substituted; Md.
