* Must possess National Apprenticeship Certificate issued under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (Central Act 52 of 1961) or Certificate of Apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme issued by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades or National Trade Certificate issued by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades or Diploma in Craftsmanship issued by the Government of India or any other equivalent Certificates issued by the Government of India or Industrial School Certificate or Craftsmanship certificate issued by the Department of Industries and Commerce or by the Department of Employment and Training or any other equivalent qualifications; and
