O R D E R: In exercise of the powers conferred in the order first read above, Government have ordered payment of certain incentives to the eligible IT Industries in Andhra Pradesh. In pursuance of said orders M/s.Rhythm & Hues Studios India Private Limited filed the application for claiming 100% reimbursement of the Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee amounting to Rs.9,99,325/- paid by them for acquiring office space of 25,876 sq.ft., at Vega Block, 11th floor, Plot No.17, Sy.No.64/2, Software Units Layout, Madhapur, Serilingampally Municipality, R.R.District, Hyderabad, for setting up its IT/ITES center. 2. On consideration of the said application, Government have issued orders vide reference second read above, sanctioning an amount of Rs.9,73,600/- to be released in installments to M/s.Rhythm & Hues Studios India Private Limited, Hyd, and also released first installment of Rs.1,75,248/- vide fourth read above, Rs.87,818/- as second installment vide fifth read above and Rs.1,31,449/- as third installment vide sixth read above and an amount of Rs.2,14,261/- as fourth installment vide seventh read above 3. Taking into consideration the recommendations of CCITI vide third read above, Government after careful consideration, hereby accord sanction to release Rs.3,64,823/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Three only) as fifth and final installment in favour of M/s.Rhythm & Hues Studios India Private Limited towards 100% reimbursement of Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee. The terms and conditions stipulated for sanction and release of this incentive to M/s.Rhythm & Hues Studios India Private Limited, Hyd, in G.O. fourth read above are reiterated and remains the same. The 100% Reimbursement of the Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee subsidy of fifth and final Installment of Rs.3,64,823/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Three only) released at Para.3 above to M/s.Rhythm & Hues Studios India Private Limited, shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 3451 : Secretariat Economic Services MH 090 : Secretariat GH (11) : Normal State Plan SH (22) : IT&C Department 330 : Subsidies 5. The Joint Director & DDO, IT&C Department shall draw the amount of Rs.3,64,823/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Three only) towards fifth and final installment sanctioned in Para.3 above and arrange for payment after duly applying the TDS to M/s.Rhythm & Hues Studios India Private Limited, Hyderabad. 6. M/s.Rhythm & Hues Studios India Private Limited shall submit an advance stamped receipt for Rs.3,64,823/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Three only) to the Department in Duplicate.
