From the DOWA, Hyd., Lr.No.DOWA/Hyd./SnI/2011-12/367,dated 19-03-2012. <<>> ORDER: Where as it has been made to appear that, Sri. V. Raja Rao, while serving as Senior Assistant in Pay & Accounts Office, Drainage Schemes, Eluru has failed to follow the procedure and norms of Government specified in PAO Manual and Government Orders from time to time by returning the two work bills without scrutiny and un officially to Executive Engineer, Special M.I. Division, K.R. Puram. 2. Now, therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of sub- rule (2) of Rule 9 of the Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate departmental proceedings against the said Sri. V. Raja Rao, Senior Assistant (Retd.). 3. It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 by the Government.
