G.O.Rt.No.4170, Finance (A&L) Department, Dt: 24.11.2011. 2. G.O.Ms.No.175, Finance (A&L) Department, Dt: 15.05.2010. 3. Application from Smt N. Lakshmi Padmaja, S.O., Dt: 21.03.2012. *** ORDER:- Under Article 230 and 231 of A.P.F.C. Volume-I, Smt N. Lakshmi Padmaja, Section Officer, Finance (Works & Projects) Department is sanctioned Motor Cycle Advance of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) towards purchase of Motor Cycle from the open market subject to the following conditions:- 1. That she should purchase the Motor Vehicle and finally pay for it within one month from the date of the drawal of the advance, failing which, the full amount of the advance, with interest thereon for one month should be refunded to Government; 2. That she should execute mortgage bond in Form-14 of A.P. Financial Code Volume-I soon after the purchase of the Vehicle, and; 3. That the motor cycle is insured against loss or damages by fire, theft or accident from the date of its purchase, failing which, the full amount of advance drawn with interest accrued thereon should be refunded to Government. 2. The Mortgage bond in Form-14 of A.P. Financial Code Volume-I along with original stamped receipt of the purchase price of the Motor Cycle should be submitted to the Government soon after the purchase with a receipt of the dates of (1) drawal of the advance, (2) purchase of the Motor Cycle, and, (3) its insurance. 3. The insurance policy together with a letter in Form-15 of the A.P. Financial Code-I addressed to the Insurance Company with whom the Vehicle is insured notifying to Company the fact that the Government are interested in the policy secured should be furnished to the Government. 4. The advance sanctioned in para (1) above shall be recovered in ten (10) monthly installments @ Rs. 5,000/- commencing from the following month from which the advance drawn. 5. The advance sanctioned carries simple interest at the rate of 5 % per annum, subject to revision from time to time and recoverable in one monthly installments. 6. The advance is sanctioned from out of the funds allotting to this Department in the reference 1st read above and is debitable to “M.H.7610 – Loans to government Servants etc. M.H. 202 – Advance for purchase of Motor Conveyance – S.H. (05) – Loans for purchase of Motor Cycle”-001-Loans for purchase of Motor Cycles. (P.T.O)2 7. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount.
