G.O.Rt.No.1184, Fin.(BG.III) Dept., Dt.27.03.2012. * * * O R D E R:- In the circumstances reported by the Director General, Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above, Government after careful examination hereby accorded permission to him to take up the work “Consultancy Services for preparation of Model Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract and Bid Document Selection of EPC Contractor for Irrigation Projects in Andhra Pradesh” and to release of the project cost at 90% as advance. 2. Sanction is here by accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.33.52 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty three lakhs and fifty two thousands Only) to the Director General, Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad towards consultancy service charges as advance (90% of the project cost Rs.28.80 lakhs and 90% for additional scope of service Rs.4.72 lakhs, Total Rs.33.52 lakhs). 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (2) above shall be debited to the head of account “M.H. 2052 – Secretariat General Services – M.H. – 090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – Finance (Works & Projects) Department –280–Professional Services – 284 - Other Payments”. 4. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned in Para (2) above and take necessary action to credit the amount to the Bank account of the Director General, Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad.
