G.O.Rt.No. 4169, Finance (A&L) Department, Dt: 24.11.2011. 7. Application from Sri Ch. Ramulu, A.S.O., Dt: 20.03.2012. *** O R D E R:- Sri Ch. Ramulu, A.S.O. is sanctioned an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) for performing marriage of his son under the terms and conditions laid down in the rules for the grant of Marriage Advance issued in Government Orders read above. 2. The advance is recoverable subject to the following conditions:- i. The advance shall bear a simple interest @ 5% per annum. ii. The principal of the loan shall be recovered in 10 monthly installments @ Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) commencing from the following month and the interest shall be recovered in 6 installments after full recovery of principal amount @ 5% per annum. iii. If the loanee fails to utilize the amount for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned, within 3 months from the date of drawal of the advance, the loanee should refund to Government the advance in one lumpsum together with interest due thereon. iv. The Advance granted to the loanee shall be subject to the summary recovery, if it is subsequently proved that it was not utilized for the purpose for which it was sanctioned together with penal interest at 1 ½ times the ordinary rate, till the day of recovery of advance. v. In case, the loanee dies before the repayment is completed, the outstanding balances and the interest due shall be first recovered from the DCRG payable to the legal heir or heirs as stipulated in the Agreement. vi. The loanee shall submit to the Government a certificate of utilisation in proforma IV appended to the G.O.Ms.No.90, Fin. & Plg. (PPR&L) Department dated 26-3-1970 within one month, from the date of celebration of marriage or within 3 months from the date of drawal of the advance whichever is earlier. If the actual expenditure incurred on account of marriage is less than the advance drawn, the difference should be refunded to Government forthwith. (P.T.O)3. The Finance (W&P-Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) to the individual. P.
