Chief Engineer/ NSRSSP/DCE-1/OT2/W7/6849/2011, dated 15-07-2011, 14-02-2012 and 29-03-2012. ****** ORDER: In the references read above, the Chief Engineer, NSRSSP has requested to accord administrative approval for the Annual Maintenance Estimates pertaining to the Dam Maintenance Circle of NSRSSP for payment of HTCC charges to APCPDCL in respect of Service connection No. KNL176 and Service connection No. KNL229 of NSRSSP for an amount of Rs 44 Crores for the period June, 2008 to February, 2012. 2. Government after careful consideration hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs 39,36,56,000 (Rupees Thirty nine Crores thirty six lakhs and fifty six thousand only) duly deleting the penalty charges for the following Annual Maintenance Estimates pertaining to the Dam Maintenance Circle of NSRSSP in respect of Service connection No. KNL176 and Service connection No. KNL229 of NSRSSP for the period from June, 2008 to February,2012. Sl.No. Description of the AME Rs. In lakhs 1. AME of HTCC charges payable to 462.18 APCPDCL in respect of service connection No. KNL176 NSRSSP Dam and its appurtenant works for the year 2011-12. 2. AME of HTCC charges payable to 3474.38 APCPDCL in respect of service connection No. KNL229 NSRSSP (RF) colony for the year 2011-12. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “MH 4801-Capital Outlay on power projects (01) Hydel Generation-MH 101- SHES-GH 11- Normal State Plan-SH 26 Dam & Appurtenant works- 270/274 HTCC charges”. 4. The Chief Engineer, NSRSSP is requested to follow up the commitment given by the TRANSCO to take over the distributory system upon clearing the dues. PTO::2:: 5.
