Hyderabad Lr.No.G1/1099/2008, dated 12.08.2009, 3) From the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gadwal Lr.No.E/1532/2005, dt.27.12.2011. ** O R D E R: In the circumstances reported by the District Collector, Mahabubnagar and Revenue Divisional Officer, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar in their letters first and third read above and the report of the Special Chief Secretary to Government and the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1,04,275/- (Rupees One lakh Four thousand Two hundred and Seventy five only) towards decretal charges to be deposited in the respective court to the credit of O.P.No.104/1999 pertaining to Peddadinne Village, Itikyal Mandal in Mahabubnagar District to the land acquired for construction of Check Dam No.2 vide Award No.16/1998, dated 07.11.1998, subject to verification whether the reference under section 18 (1) of the L.A. act is made to the Lower Court after following all the guidelines/directions on the subject and in case, it is detected that sec.18 reference was made to contrary to the rules/guidelines issued by the Govt./Special Chief Secretary to Government and Chief Commissioner for Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad immediate action should be taken to recover the loss sustained by the Government from the staff concerned and filing of restitution petition and also subject to confirmation of the Chief Engineer concerned as to the extent of land acquired. Further, the District Collector should verify the calculations made by the Land Acquisition Officer once again thoroughly with reference to the decree and instructions issued by the Government / Special Chief Secretary to Government and Chief Commissioner for Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on the subject from time to time duly deducting the Income Tax as per rules before depositing the above sanctioned decretal amount in Lower Court. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debitable to the detailed Head of Account under “4702 – COL on Minor Irrigation – M.H. – 101 Surface water – G.H. (11) Normal State Plan – S.H.(12) – Construction and restoration of M.I. sources - 530 Major works- 532 – Lands (charged)”. 3.
