MoM held by Chief Secretary on 06.02.2012. *** ORDER: Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated ‘Mee Seva’ Project to improve the delivery of public services to citizens through a well defined architecture and protocol. 2. Mee Seva has been launched as a pilot on 04.11.2011 in Chittoor district by Hon’ble Chief Minister. Presently, 15 Revenue and 2 Registration services are offered through Mee Seva. Government is going to extend ‘Mee Seva’ project across the State shortly and would add many more services to its fold. 3. In the process of adding more services, Government has issued orders vide reference 3rd cited, to all the Departments to identify the respective departmental services that can be offered through Mee Seva. 4. Director, Electronic Service Delivery has been authorized to notify the services and their areas of jurisdiction under Mee Seva project. In order to achieve uniformity and efficiency, it is decided that the statutory services, which are delivered through Mee Seva shall not be delivered in parallel in the manual format and all the departments and officials should scrupulously follow the Mee Seva protocol. Separate initiatives and stand alone applications running as of now in various districts shall also be merged and subsumed in the Mee Seva.
