O R D E R:-
In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above the term of
Sri G. Raghuma Reddy will be completed by 27.01.2012.
2. Under Article 30(d) of the Articles of Association of APCPDCL and after careful
consideration of the matter, the Government hereby order to continue Sri G.
Raghuma Reddy, as Director, on the Board of APCPDCL, Hyderabad until further
orders.
3. The Chairman & Managing Director, APCPDCL shall take necessary action
accordingly.
