O R D E R: In exercise of the powers conferred in the order first read above, Government have ordered payment of certain incentives to the eligible IT Industries in Andhra Pradesh. In pursuance of said orders M/s.Quantum India Development Center Private Limited filed the application for claiming 100% reimbursement of the Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee amounting to Rs.4,44,381/- paid by them for acquiring office space of 13,406 sq.ft., on lease basis, at The V, 13th floor, Plot No.17, Software Units Layout, Madhapur, Hyderabad, for setting up its IT/ITES center. 2. Government, after careful consideration and detailed examination of the proposal of M/s.Quantum India Development Center Private Limited, vide fourth read above sanctioned an amount of Rs.4,44,381/- towards 100% reimbursement of stamp duty basing on the conditions at first read above and out of the said sanctioned amount, so for released an amount of Rs.79,988/- as first Installment, Rs.67,413/- was released as second installment vide fifth read above and Rs.1,09,882/- was released as third installment vide sixth read above. 3. Taking into consideration the recommendations of CCITI vide third read above, Government after careful consideration, hereby accord sanction for release of fourth and final Installment of Rs.1,87,097/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand and Ninety Seven only) in favour of M/s.Quantum India Development Center Private Limited towards 100% reimbursement of Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee. The 100% Reimbursement of the Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee subsidy of fourth and final Installment of Rs.1,87,097/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand and Ninety Seven only) sanctioned and released at Para.3 above to M/s.Quantum India Development Center Private Limited, shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 3451 : Secretariat Economic Services MH 090 : Secretariat GH (11) : Normal State Plan SH (22) : IT&C Department 330 : Subsidies 5. The Joint Director & DDO, IT&C Department shall draw the amount of Rs.1,87,097/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand and Ninety Seven only) towards fourth and final installment sanctioned in Para.3 above and arrange for payment after duly applying the TDS to M/s.Quantum India Development Center Private Limited, Hyderabad. 6. M/s.Quantum India Development Center Private Limited shall submit an advance stamped receipt for Rs.1,87,097/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand and Ninety Seven only) to the Department in duplicate.
