O R D E R: In exercise of the powers conferred in the order first read above, Government have ordered payment of certain incentives to the eligible IT Industries in Andhra Pradesh. One such incentive is 100% reimbursement of registration fee, stamp duty and transfer of property duty to IT Industry for taking office space on lease basis for its own use. In this regard, M/s.Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, has filed an application for reimbursement of Rs.2,10,600/- as per Para.36 (C) of GO first read above towards reimbursement of registration fee, stamp duty and transfer of property duty paid by them for acquiring office space of 3085 sq.ft, on lease basis at Building No.2, Sy.No.64 (P), 1st floor, Maximus Towers, Mindspace, Hitec city, Madhapur, Hyderabad, for setting up its IT/ITES center. 2. Government, after careful consideration and detailed examination of the proposal of M/s.Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, vide fifth read above sanctioned an amount of Rs.2,10,600/- towards 100% reimbursement of stamp duty basing on the conditions at first read above and out of the said sanctioned amount of Rs.2,10,600/-, so for released an amount of Rs.23,166/- as first Installment, an amount of Rs.34,675/- as second Installment vide sixth read above and an amount of Rs.56,520/- as third installment vide seventh read above. 3. Taking into consideration the recommendations of CCITI vide third read above, Government after careful consideration, hereby accord sanction for release of fourth and final Installment of Rs.96,238/- (Rupees Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty eight only) in favour of M/s.Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, towards 100% reimbursement of Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee. The terms and conditions stipulated for release of this incentive to M/s.Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, in G.O. fifth read above are reiterated and remains the same. P.T.O.::2:: 4. The 100% Reimbursement of the Stamp Duty, Transfer Duty and Registration Fee subsidy of fourth and final Installment of Rs.96,238/- (Rupees Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty eight only) sanctioned and released at Para.3 above to M/s.Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 3451 : Secretariat Economic Services MH 090 : Secretariat GH (11) : Normal State Plan SH (22) : IT&C Department 330 : Subsidies 5. The Joint Director & DDO, IT&C Department shall draw the amount of Rs.96,238/- (Rupees Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty eight only) towards fourth and final installment sanctioned in Para.3 above and arrange for payment after duly applying the TDS to M/s.Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. 6. M/s.Idea Entity Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd shall submit an advance stamped receipt for Rs.96,238/- (Rupees Ninety Six Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty eight only) to the Department in duplicate.
