The ICT Policy and the incentives offered are outlined in the GOs 3rd and 5th read above. 25% Rebate in Power is provided as incentive for the growth of IT Industry. 2. Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution Company Ltd., (APCPDCL)/ Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company Ltd., (APEPDCL) claims the eligible amount of 25% power subsidy allowed to the companies periodically basing on the power subsidy certificates issued to the eligible IT companies by the Govt. 3. APEPDCL vide reference sixth read above, have claimed an amount of Rs.6,37,530/- as reimbursement amount towards 25% power subsidy allowed to M/s.Patra India BPO Services Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam. 4. Government after careful consideration and detailed examination in terms of GO 5th read above and the recommendations of CCITI vide seventh read above, hereby sanction and release an amount of Rs.6,37,530/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty only) in favour of APEPDCL, Visakhapatnam, towards reimbursement of claims allowed to IT companies as per the details shown in Annexure.
