SHRI DULU MAHATO: Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्री be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has received any representation regarding the development of an alternative corridor/ring road to bypass the congested stretches of National Highway (NH)-19 parallel to the Topchanchi–Rajganj–Gobindpur–Nirsa section in Dhanbad and if so, the details thereof; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to connect this corridor via Ugaron/Ugadung to the Bokaro–Purulia route (NH- 32) with a view to developing a complete ring road (circular network) around Dhanbad; (c) if so, the present status of the feasibility study or the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of this project and the amount of the funds allocated therefor; and (d) if not, whether the Government proposes to include this project in the forthcoming phase of the PM Gati Shakti programme in view of the strategic importance of Dhanbad as the ‘Coal Capital’ of the country?
