GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF MINORITY AFFAIRS RAJYA SABHA UNSTARRED QUESTION NO. 4101 ANSWERED ON 30.03.2026 HAMARI DHAROHAR SCHEME FOR PRESERVATION OF MINORITY HERITAGE 4101 # SHRI SHAMBHU SHARAN PATEL: SHRI ASHOKRAO SHANKARRAO CHAVAN: SHRI RAJIB BHATTACHARJEE: Will the Minister of MINORITY AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) the details of projects sanctioned under the Hamari Dharohar scheme for the preservation of minority heritage and culture during the last two years; preservation of minority heritage and culture during the last two years; (b) the details of the funds sanctioned and released for such projects during the said period; (c) the details of the cultural institutions, museums or documentation initiatives supported under the scheme; and (d) the details of the heritage conservation projects completed and currently under implementation under the scheme? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF MINORITY AFFAIRS (SHRI KIREN RIJIJU) (a) to (d): The "Hamari Dharohar” scheme has been implemented from FY 2014-15 to FY 2021-22 and has now been converged into the Pradhan Mantri Virasat ka Samvardhan (PM VIKAS) Scheme which was rolled out in January, 2025. During the last two years, under the Traditional Training Sub- component of PM VIKAS Scheme in which “Hamari Dharohar” has been converged, a conclave titled “Buddha’s Madhyama Marg to guide future Global Leadership” was organised by the Ministry in collaboration with International Buddhist Confederation in Mumbai on 14th September, 2024. *****
