state:
(a) the salient features and objectives of the MY Bharat 2.0 platform
being developed in collaboration with the Digital India Corporation
to strengthen the digital participation and empowerment of youth in
the country;
(b) the progress made so far with regard to implementation of the
upgraded platform and its key modules for youth participation,
volunteering, leadership training and skills development along with
the number of youth onboard under each module; and
(c) whether the Government proposes to establish structured
impact indicators to measure growth in youth participation, digital
engagement and leadership development and employability
outcomes through the said platform and if so, the details thereof?

Page 1 of 3(a) MY Bharat 2.0 platform is one stop youth engagement platform
for involving youth of the country in various volunteering and
learning activities. It enables creation of youth profile, participation
in various experiential learning activities, getting mentorship from
experts, connect with other youth, Quizzes, Essay writing, design
challenges, hackathons, CV builder etc. The platform also provides
web space to other Ministries, Organizations, Knowledge Institutes,
Industries, Youth clubs etc. for conducting various engagement
programs. As on 28.01.2026 total number of registrations on the MY
Bharat portal (https://mybharat.gov.in/) is 2,07,70,931. Key modules
for youth participation include ‘Volunteer for Bharat’, ‘Experiential
learning’ and ‘Quiz and Essay module’. Platform has following major
elements for digital access and mobile-friendly services for youth
across the country:
i. A fully functional mobile application for Android and IOS;
ii. AI based Smart CV Builder & Digital Profiles;
iii. Integrated dash boards for event creating organizations and
educational institutions to analyze the outcomes of the event;
iv. Advance features of speech to text, voice assisted navigation
and AI chatbots;
v. Learning modules and quizzes for youth engagement;
vi. Seamless integration to Aadhaar, Digilocker, Bhashini, and
MyGov platform of Government of India etc.
vii. Major initiative to bridge the digital divide includes
accessibility of portal in 22 languages, mobile application and
interaction with other Government platforms.
