SHRI P V MIDHUN REDDY: Will the Minister of MINORITY AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government is implementing the Pre-Matric, Post-Matric and Merit-cumMeans Scholarship Schemes for minority students and if so, the details thereof; (b) the total number of beneficiaries under each scheme during the last three years, State and year- wise; (c) whether there has been any delay in the disbursement of scholarships; and (d) if so, the reasons therefor and the steps taken by the Government to ensure timely distribution of scholarships?
