(a) whether the Government has reviewed public concerns that
the current alignment of the Ganga Expressway bypasses Bijnor
district and if so, the details thereof;
(b) the details of the review being conducted by the Government
regarding realignment of this expressway so that Bijnor district is
benefitted from equitable connectivity; and
(c) the measures proposed by the Government to ensure that
major infrastructure projects contribute to the inclusive
development of Bijnor district and surrounding areas?

(a) to (c) Ministry of Road Transport & Highway is primarily
responsible for development and maintenance of road notified as
National Highway/National Expressway by the Government of India.
As far as Ganga Expressway is concerned, the project has been
undertaken by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh.
