Shri Harish Chandra Meena: Will the Minister of RURAL DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state: (a) the total number of women in Rajasthan who have been benefited from Self Help Groups (SHGs), skill development, microcredit and livelihood schemes during the period between 2023 and 2025; (b) the details pertaining to formation of SHGs, loan disbursement and enterprise development in Tonk-Sawai Madhopur; (c) the mechanism set up for monitoring and evaluation at the district-level impact for such schemes; and (d) whether the women entrepreneurs, based on handicraft and agriculture, from these districts receive market linkage, incubation or export related support? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT (DR. CHANDRA SEKHAR PEMMASANI) (a): In Rajasthan, during the period from April 2023 to 2025, a total of 38.04 lakh rural women households have been mobilised into 3.22 lakh Self Help Groups (SHG), for livelihoods strengthening. In addition, 68,663 rural women's households have received skill development training through the Rural Self-Employment Training Institute (RSETI). (b): The total loan disbursement in the Tonk district is Rs. 9964 lakh for 4,109 SHGs, and in the Sawai Madhopur district is Rs. 6889 lakh for 4040 SHGs. The details pertaining to Self-Help Groups (SHGs) members involved in enterprise development in the Tonk and Sawai Madhopur are as follows: Page 1 of 2(i) In the Tonk district, a total of 948 enterprises have been formed. (ii) In Sawai Madhopur district, 635 enterprises have been formed. (c): A district-level Monitoring and Evaluation system ensures effective oversight of all schemes through monthly reports, field inspections, and digital tracking. District teams assess progress regularly and submit findings to the state, which takes necessary corrective actions. A structured monitoring and evaluation mechanism has been established through the District Level Review Committee (DLRC) and Block Level Bankers' Committee (BLBC) meetings. These platforms regularly review and monitor the progress of credit linkage, loan pendency and field-level implementation at both the district and block levels. (d): Women entrepreneurs engaged in handicraft and agriculture- based enterprises from these districts are being provided support through various initiatives extended by facilitating their participation in National SARAS Fairs, State and District-level fairs, as well as other approved exhibitions aimed at enhancing market access and visibility of their products.
