A total expenditure of Rs 62.94 crore has been incurred towards pre-construction activities. The project was awarded on March 20, 2025, with an agreement signed on July 27, 2025, and is targeted for completion in two years from the appointed date, which will be declared upon completion of precedent conditions.

(a) whether the Government has proposed a six-lane connectivity to
the Port Road from the Sabbavaram–Sheelanagar section of NH-516C,
proposed with an estimated cost of Rupees 964 crore, covering
Visakhapatnam and Anakapalli districts of Andhra Pradesh, and if so,
the details thereof;
(b) the details of expenditure incurred so far on the above project; and
(c) the expected date of completion of the project?

(a) The Government has approved the project of 6-lane Access
Controlled connectivity from Sabbavaram to Sheelanagar on NH-516C
with a Total Capital Cost of Rs 963.93 crore.

pre-construction activities of the said project.
(c) The project has been awarded on 20.03.2025 and agreement has
been signed on 27.07.2025. The project is targeted for completion in 2
