UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTIONS IN THE GOVERNMENT QUARTERS IN R. K.
PURAM, NEW DELHI
2613. SHRI AJIT KUMAR BHUYAN:
Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether it is a fact that there are many unauthorized constructions reported in Government
housing quarters;
(b) if so, the details thereof and action taken against unauthorized constructions;
(c) whether Government has issued notices to demolish unauthorized constructions in
government housing from Type-I to Type-II in R. K. Puram all sectors from 2022 to 2026;
(d) the number of notices that have been issued and the number of quarters cancelled from 2022
to 2026 in R.K. Puram, Sector-wise and Quarter No-wise; and
(e) up-to when the notices issued quatres will be cancelled?

(a) to (d): Many complaints have been received during the last four years regarding unauthorized
construction in Government quarters in R K Puram, New Delhi. Notices have been issued to all the
allottees for removal of unauthorized construction. The Sector-wise and Quarter No-wise details are
as under:-
