India (NHAI) has decided to upgrade many State roads into National
Highway (NH) in Kerala and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether it is also true that NHAI has commenced the
procedures for preparing the project documents for developing the
State roads into NHs and if so, the details thereof; and
(c) whether NHAI is considering to include more State roads into
NHs in Kerala and if so, the details thereof?
