(c) whether the said National Highway is proposed to be developed as the first
Digital Highway of Uttar Pradesh;
(d) if so, the details thereof and the salient features of the proposed Digital
Highway; and
(e) the time by which the widening of the said National Highway and
construction of a bridge over the Ghagra river is likely to commence along

(a) & (b) Yes Sir. The Detailed Project Report (DPR) for four-laning of the
Barabanki–Bahraich section has been finalized in two packages. The details of
the two packages are as follows:
