Ms. No. 65, Co-operation Food and Consumer Protection (CJ2), 11th May 2023, சித்திரை 28, ச�ோபகிருது, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´&2054.-]- No. SRO A-21/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of Section 180 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1983), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988 :- Amendment. In the said Rules, in Schedule II, in Part A, after Serial Number 27 and the entries thereunder, the following entries shall be added, namely:- “28. Tamil Nadu State LAMPS Co-operative Federation: (1) Eleven elected members of whom,– 11 (i) three members from among the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes members of the boards of affiliated Large Sized Multi Purpose Co-operative Societies elected by the delegates of all members of Large Sized Multi Purpose Co-operative Societies and Apex Societies; (ii) two members from among the women members of the boards of affiliated Large Sized Multi Purpose Co-operative Societies elected by the delegates of all members of Large Sized Multi Purpose Co-operative Societies and Apex Societies; and (iii) six members elected from among themselves by the delegates of all members of Large Sized Multi Purpose Co-operative Societies and Apex Societies. (2) Two co-opted members of whom,– 2 (i) one having experience in the field of Tribal welfare or collection of minor forest produce; and (ii) one having experience in the field of agricultural marketing or processing. (3) Four Functional Directors of whom,– 4 (i) one representative of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies; (ii) one representative of the Director of Tribal Welfare; (iii) one representative of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest; and (iv) the Managing Director of the Federation. Ms. No. 222, Revenue and Disaster Management LA 1(1) 5th May 2023, சித்திரை 22, ச�ோபகிருது, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´&2054.-]- No. SRO A-22/2023.—The following draft of amendment to the Tamil Nadu Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2017, which is proposed to be made in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 109 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency inMay 31, 2023] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 51 Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) is hereby published, as required by Section 112 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the draft amendment to the said Rules shall be taken into consideration after expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. 2. Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to draft amendment to the said Rules within the aforesaid period shall be considered by the State Government. 3.
