dated: 12-11-1990
2. From Bharat Service Station, Bahseer Bagh, Hyderabad.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring of an expenditure of
Rs.5,357/- (Rupees Five thousand three hundred and fifty seven only)
towards supply of petrol and engine oil to the Government Vehicle
Nos.AP9AB 9002 which is used by the Deputy Secretary to
Government, Department for WCD & Sr. Citizens by Bharat Petroleum
Corporation Limited, Basheer Bagh Road, Hyderabad for the month of
February - 2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to
the Head of Account 2251 – Sectt. – Social Services – M.H. 090 –
Secretariat – S.H. (10) W.D.C.W & D.W. Department – 240 – Petrol
and Lubricants.
3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch shall
pass the bill and credit the amount in to bank account of Bharat
Service Station, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance and
Planning (FW) Department under the rules in force.
