Newspaper bill from Principal Secy. to Government (TW), Social Welfare Dept. dated 04.02.2012. *** ORDER:- Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.370/- (Rupees Three hundred and seventy only) towards re-imbursement of expenditure for purchase of newspaper, at the residence of Principal Secretary to Government (TW), Social Welfare Department for the month of January, 2012. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251- Secretariat Social Services 090-Secretariat 08-Social Welfare Department 130-Office expenses/ 132-Other Office Expenses”. 3.
