Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.2392/CDS/2011, dated 12.01.2012. ***** O R D E R :- In the reference third read above, Sri V.Shekar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer, Social Welfare Department, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.14,299/- towards medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his son at Krishna Childrens Hospital, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fifth read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.12,620/-. 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.12,620/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty only) to Sri V.Shekar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer, Social Welfare Department towards medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his son at Krishna Childrens Hospital, Lakdikapool,Hyderabad. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Social Welfare (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount in favour of Sri V.Shekhar Reddy, Assistant Section Officer, Social Welfare Department.
