Soloman Raju, dated: Nil. -oOo- ORDER :- Whereas, an Inquiry under rule 20(2) of the A.P. Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against Sri A.V.V.D.M. Prasad, formerly Deputy Director (SW), Prakasam District, presently working as Deputy Director (SW) O/o Commissioner of Social Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Sri P.S.A. Prasad, formerly Deputy Director (SW), Vizianagaram District presently Joint Director (SW), Krishna District, Sri K. Appa Rao, formerly Assistant Social Welfare Officer, Chintalapudi, West Godavari District presently Deputy Director(SW), Vizianagaram District and Sri T. And whereas, it is considered that an Inquiring Authority should be appointed to inquire into the charges framed against: (a) Sri A.V.V.D.M. Soloman Raju, Assistant Social Welfare Officer, Koyyalagudem, West Godavari. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 20 read with Rule 24 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, the Government hereby appoints Sri R.V. Prasada Raju, Joint Director (Vigilance) O/o Commissioner of Social Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, as the Inquiring Authority to conduct common enquiry in to the charges framed against the above said officers.
