The expenditure sanctioned shall be debited to the following Head of Account: 4235 – 02 – MH – 101 – GH – 11 NSP SH (05). 4. The Director, Disabled Welfare, Hyderabad is authorized to release the amount to the Drawing and Disbursing Officers of the Department. 5.
