Read the following: 1. From the Secretary, APSWREIS., Hyderabad, Letter. No. Accts- 1/Plan/2988/2011-12, Dt.10.01.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.495, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, dated 13.02.2012. ORDER: The Secretary, APSWREIS, AP, Hyderabad in his letter 1st read above has requested for release of 4th quarter Budget provision under Plan Schemes during the financial year 2011-12 under the 311- Salaries & 312- Other Grants-in- aid release to the APSWR Institutions Society. 2. In pursuance of the BRO issued in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the APSWREI Society, for an amount of Rs. 51,75,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty one Crores and Seventy Five Lakhs only) towards 4th quarter provision from B.E 2011-12, under the following Plan Schemes. The Department’s views are shown in Column No. (8) of the statement. As regards drawal of funds, the Secretary, AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad shall follow the procedure envisaged in column No. (6)of the above table. Accordingly Government hereby authorizes the concerned drawing officer to draw and incur the expenditure not exceeding the amount sanctioned in column No. (5) of the above statement towards 4th quarter Budget provision under Plan, during the financial year 2011-12. 4. The Secretary, AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues as per the instructions issued by Finance (BG.1) Dept., in their U.O.Note No. 29875-A/1283/A1/BG.1/2006, dated.25.11.2006 and alsowith the concurrence of Finance (Expr.SW) Department, vide their U.O.No.3118/44/A1/Expr.SW/2012, dated.14.02.2012.
