From the Society Empowerment of Disabled, APVCC, BRK Bhavan, B Block, Hyderabad, Bill No.1 , Dt: Nil. *** O R D E R: In accordance with the references 1st and 2nd read above, the services of Waheed Hussain, Data Entry Operator, sponsored by Society Empowerment of Disabled, 2nd floor Andhra Pradesh Vikalangula Corporation, Hyderabad have been utilized as DEO for the period from 21.02.2012 to 20.03.2012. The firm has submitted bill for Rs.9880/ (Rupees Nine thousand eight hundred and eighty only ) i.e. Rs.204/- for Income Tax, Joint commissioner, Hyderabad towards service charges of agency of @ 4 % agency Commission ( Society Empowerment of Disabled, Hyderabad) for the period from 21.02.2012 to 20.03.2012 and requested for sanction. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 9676/- ( Rupees Nine thousand six hundred and seventy six only ) to Society Empowerment of Disabled, 2nd floor, Andhra Pradesh Vikalangula Corporation, Hyderabad have been utilized, towards remuneration of the services of Sri Waheed Hussain whose services are utilized for the period from 21.02.2012 to 20.03.2012 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251-Sectt., Social Services – 090-Secretariat – 10 – Women Development, Child Welfare and Disabled Welfare Department – 300 – Other Contractual Services. 4. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch shall pass the bill and credit the amount in to Bank Account of Society Empowerment of Disabled, 2nd floor, Vikalangula Coop.
