Secretariat, Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.45/CDS/2012, dt. 31.01.2012. ***** O R D E R :- In the reference third read above, Sri Syed Ikramuddin, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd.), Social Welfare Department, has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.12,798/- towards medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his Wife at Care Hospital, Nampally, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fifth read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized the bills and furnished the eligibility for an amount of Rs.11,193/-. Amount claimed Rs.12,798 -00 Total Inadmissible amount Rs. 1,605-00 ------------------- Gross Admissible Amount Rs.11,193-00 Net Admissible Amount Rs.11,193-00 3. Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.11,193/- (Rupees Eleven thousand one hundred and ninety three only) to Sri Syed Ikramuddin, Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd.), Social Welfare Department towards medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his Wife at Care Hospital, Nampally, Hyderabad.. 4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251 – Secretariat Social Services – 090 – Secretariat – 08 – Social Welfare Department – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement. 5. The Social Welfare (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the above retired officer.
